Please instructors left at Pittsburgh art institute, please tell the students honestly what is going on. Be fair and encourage them to move on now. If the remaining instructors are going to quit soon, please let your students know. It’s the correct thing to do.

We’re not given information like how many employees are left.
AiP has a program director and a full-time instructor in each department.
AiO maybe has 85+/- full-time left and twice that in adjuncts. In the “day” there were over 400 full-time.
This is just based on the number of people who show up for meetings.
From Wall Street to Jesus to p--n. Let it go already. Middle States accreditation is not going to happen, especially now. Run fast and far away.
Thank you to the instructors that are keeping all of us informed. It really means a lot during this state of confusion and not sure what are facts or ficition.
about 200 students I heard.
How many students are left? Can’t be many?
Sonexactly how many instructors are left at the Pittsburgh art institute as of today? Anyone know?
We can only share with students speculations based on what we hear through the media. We know what they know.
This is going the same way as ITT and other for or formerly for profit now nonprofit. Layoffs on admissions, no new students or transfers, selling of assets, a minor administrative and faculty are the last remaining employees so they can teach out. The school gets tuition and cash for CEO and receiver by keeping students in classes as long as possible.
Students can piece it together and make their own decision.
We all want as many last paychecks as possible so we aren't going to post in class. They took down the facebook pages...so what would you suggest?
The teachers have no idea what is going on either! They tell us nothing.
Everyone I've talked to that's still there (what, like 3?) they are just as much in the dark as the students and are panicking as well.
What a horrible company.
