Many posters here joke about not having real work to do. Is it true or what?

So few do the work for so many. If you sent the right three or four guys to the moon QCOM would not be in current position. Emotional over rational behavior by an inexperienced exec team costs 1,000s of jobs.
It is cray cray how many folks are putting in short days and trying to get on the next list 'o layoffs.
In the last few years we've laid off like 4000 ???
Seems work still gets done, chips still sell, royalties (mostly) still roll in.
Clearly there is still another 2-3000 excess.
The whole of QRC could be let go and we wouldnt see any impact to those all important $$$ shareholder $$$ for several years, by which time GD and SM have long gone with their golden packets.
What I saw was that the work wasn’t evenly distributed. This was based on a system of favoritism. Also, some people didn’t roll in until 10:30 or 11:00.
Why work?

There's quite a lot of "b--ch work" to do here and I seem to be getting all of it.

Well there are plenty peeps with insufficient work to do. Just look at the parking structures at 9:30-10:00am. Lots roll up at 11am and gone mid-afternoon. What does that tell you ?
