People Grad plus loan is FOR RENT, LIVING EXPENSES and everything... THAT IS OUR MONEY that is collecting interest, except it is not in our pockets!!!
This is the chaos you get when you have an incompetent federal government. They not only control the disburse of the funds, the receiver is from the federal government - Davos and Trump in action.
That said, I agree, never rely on the federal government to pay your bills.

You should not be relying on student loans to pay rent. Federal student aid is for educational purposes, not rent. They are adults and should have planned better.
