Cash has to be completed by 11am and all excess money deposited. No check cashing. And when we try to order change we can't get thru. It says they are experimenting technical difficulties.
Ww never had these mandated rules.

Sounds short sighted. How did it work out?
I think I saw something about this too. They don't want more than a token amount of spare cash in the safe, which makes absolutely no sense given that most stores don't get more than one or two bank deliveries a week, so they will be perpetually running out of cash and won't be able to properly fill their registers in the morning.
