F em all, that whole town and the Highby name, bunch a slack jaw yokles who fired people needlessly and forced out others.

I started a business 10 years back. I knew everything! First year I realized how much there is to know and I was only an expert in a narrow aspect of my business. Second year, I realized how much cash you burn through trying to get established. Third year I realized I was couldn't outspend or out-innovate by well-funded competitors. Fourth year I realized I was working self to death. Finally threw in the towel. Biggest lessons I learned: Hard work, lots of cash, or enthusiasm doesn't get you there alone. There's a lot of luck involved and you can't be a copycat...and you might need a few failures under your belt to finally hit it right. Good Luck HighbyOutdoors...it will be an adventure.
