Is there a way to see what our bonus is going to be? I can't find it anywhere on the Wire?

If you know what your stores financials where for FYE 2019 it’s pretty easy to come up with a pretty close estimate. The formula is available on the wire under compensation - MIP plan. All you have to do is plug in your stores results and do the math. Your estimate won’t be exact but should be very close.
Bonuses are paid out in March 7th check
See it 2/26 and paid on 3/7
Final MyShare figures will be out around 2/20 and will be paid out on the first check of March. Whrer do people come up with all of this "voodoo" information.
Field incentive tracker is what you search on the wire. It will show you what your estimate bonus is during the year. Is does goes down from time to time in order for them to put in the next estimate. You can start seeing the bonus around October. But it will change a lot! Bonus isn't finalized until February every year. And you will get that on the second paycheck in march.
It will not be calculated until Mid-Late February. They will post on the AMP when it is updated.
