Fake patents premier

Whos got the most fakies ? 130,000 patents, 128,000 are challengeable fakies !!

A big IP law firm could make quite the living out of 'for-fee-challenges' to Q-fakeo-patents.

Some of those patents are are plainly obvious. Others a highly questionable as to whether the licensees actually implement/use. So they pay a ton on a per device basis for stuff they dont use and dont care about ?? Wow.

If a patent can be worked around with a SW change in 2-3 days; then really what value does it have ? Certainly seems like we've been collecting patent royalties on a bunch of questionable patents that havent actually stood up to challenge.

One thought in building QRC halfway discussions several months ago was we only needed one valid patent to win it all. Since then we have seen how that didn't work. SW workarounds are too easy and often make the win a moot, at best short lived. Other times, in the interest of the consumer, we have seen the court deny qualcomm an injunction.

We need a new CEO soon, or all hope will be lost.

They tired to patent the letter Q.

But it was deemed obvious. Bit like 100,000 others.
