It’s disgusting that Eddie is using associates as leverage

The only “winner” in this plan is Eddie. He does not give a wit about the Sears or Kmart associates. He’s proved that over and over again. It’s disgusting that he is using associates as leverage, saying he’s “saving jobs” when his real motivation is to grab more assets and avoid litigation. The whole objectivism “Ayn Rand” philosophy is all about feeling good about being selfish and greedy, and he admits to believing in and following this philosophy. It’s all about Eddie, make no mistake

If I’m loosing my job, I had rather it be through liquidation than Eddie winning!

you all on her beotching about ppl loding jpbs under Lambert sound like id--ts! If the bids fails all jobs will be lost not a few but all thtough liquidation. It's obvious that the whole message on this board is how he is disliked, stop acting like you give a sh-- about employees, you are just as bad as he supposedly is..

Judge Drain will profit handsomely by giving Ed his way. it wont be immediately but keep an eye on this crooked a*s so called judge. He will be taken care of by Ed.

Everyone knows it, except for that dumb blind judge that believes in Eddie that he can turn Sears around. I'm surprised Eddie even showed up to court and not by Skype. All the years he was CEO, how many times did he step inside a store...never. well by tomorrow we will all know the fate.

How does Judge Drain not realize Eddie is just making a grab for the remaining assets and will close this company down as soon as he has transferred everything over. How can an educated man not see the truth??
