What is that odor?
Thanks for nothing
Not true.
Kind of surprised tanks hasn't been sold yet. I would think there would be lots of people that would want to own it. Hasn't been tainted yet.
2 words. Coverage. Ratio.
2 more words. We're. Fukced.
"DD will be fired by the board before Lummus is sold."
Exactly! Both will happen. And hopefully the j--koff head of HR.
MDR Shareholders are Fools
Anyone who would invest in corruption, lies and deceit are fools. It is not the CEO's fault, it is the board of directors. Vote them out are lose your money to the executives. They operate off of intimidation and bulling. What a wonderful company to work for.
Andy C, Pat S and John B you need to go, you do not know what you are doing.
What stock price? IMO they need to get it above 18 within the next year.
Things are very dicey right now so I think the board is too scared to fire DD without a replacement ready to go. But give the board a year and they'll have found a new CEO. Pin all the bad stuff on DD as they shove him out the door, voila!
But selling Lummus gives us an instant reset. Otherwise, the bankers will be on our backs for the next three years and we'll miss the cycle. Hopefully we're not selling Lummus because the LNG projects are bleeding more cash!
CEO and COO can survive IF the stock rebounds to prior levels. What prior level $ 6.64 on May 09, 2018 for MDR alone before the final acquisition of CB&I or $22.8 (highest pick) on May 18,2018 after the buy final buyout. ???
CEO and COO can survive IF the stock rebounds to prior levels. Takes the heat off the board.
Lummus is about a quarter of our profit right now, so losing those earnings won't be fatal. it's a bet that the EPC side can become a steady performer with fewer "problems."
I like the idea of selling Lummus. If we're going to have a decent project cycle, it will s--- to be spending the next five years trying to manage the growth while paying down all that debt.
Indeed, by selling Lummus they can payoff all the debts. But who will generate profit?
And for sure, DD and COO will be moved out in that scenario.
Selling Lummus makes a lot of sense, it's worth a lot more to someone else versus being a part of us. You could pay down most of the debt while keeping the profitable tank business. Hard to see d---son surviving this, then again, he's a smooth talker.
Due diligence for what? Hummus? I think it may be for SPS. Lummus was already valued by dozens.
Nevertheless it will be good if Lummus is sold, they won't have to deal with third rate EPC b---s--- bossing over.
Term sheet initialed. Due diligence happening.
Hahahahaha - now that’s funny. You think anyone really bid 3 billion for lummus - a company with outdated technology. I got some prime real estate in the Everglades for you
You? I thought you were better than that.
It is not Lummus but your comment which is worthless.
It was not for nothing that many companies bid upward of 3B. You are getting your salary because of Lummus only.
Lummus is worthless. Their leadership team is like a bunch of heathens with their pants down running around trying to screw everything. Customers, employees, etc.
Makes sense. There were other interested parties, just go back to them. Tanks would only get enough to pay down 1/2 bank debt, still risk of bankruptcy from other 1/2, not enough to pay back Goldman. And we'll be on the edge of our seat in 3 months unless we know we have cash. MDR is sliding a steep slope. DD is a goner if he doesn't stop the slide.
DD will be fired by the board before Lummus is sold. I see him getting a chance to dig himself out of the hole he's dug. Sorry - not happening any time soon.
Yeah if life was fair, but its not. If it was you'd be the boss showing us how things should be run, right! LMFAO.
Things should be okay if pipe and tanks are sold. Buys another year to turn things around. All bets are off if those projects take another turn for the worse.
