Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

Any news from the Houston meeting?

There's supposed to be a big meeting today with the leaders of the remaining Ai campuses. I believe South leaders are supposed to be there too. Has anyone heard anything yet?

2ugj- I heard the same thing from a friend who stayed as adjunct faculty. They don’t even have food, coffee or paper for the copier. Lmao

They must have taken souvenirs at the Houston meeting...suddenly missing are 2 Keurig coffeemakers and a microwave. No coffee cups in the staff lounge. Vending machines gone too. Take home personal items before we go Enron!

@XtxJNqe-1wsr How active will Studio Enterprise be on ground? Are they replacing financial aid or EC/Admissions positions?

Can confirm that Ai people from the "transferred" schools were in attendance, EPF & Studio Enterprise was also at AI-Houston (yesterday & today - a large gathering). Discussions included "Institutional Structuring" and "Marketing". Studio Enterprise is going to be more involved than originally discussed. "Chairs" and "Deans" are about to see a major demotion in their areas of control (and yes salaries). They are attempting to keep these schools afloat for as long as possible, expenses must be cut and changes made.
