Can anyone agree all the great managers and pharmacist have left and all that remains are the Sh!t managers that can not find another job with anyone else?

I worked at toys r us for 2 months then to cvs as a cashier for 2 weeks. Now ive been promoted to DL and now have my pharmacy degree in less than 3 months. I ran a 250k front store with 7000 scripts. Now my district does 37 million a week. Im on the fast track and will be CEO in a couple of month's. I am super manager. Get over yourselves. If i can do it with a 5th grade education and no help then anyone can.

Been around 20 plus years, killing it my store consistently with the same cuts and and nonsense we all endure. I would never say I’m a “great manager”, but I am solid. I am not going to say it’s easy, but if you are strong, positive, and have enough self pride not to fail you can get fairly consistent results. I will never let anyone take my pride and passion away. I run my store like it’s mine and try to keep my team clear of the white noise from corporate. If they have the mind set that they work for me and corporate is just an annoying distraction, they perform a lot better.
No wonder you people can post stupid comments to this website...………..because, most of you, not all mind you, are just that...Stupid.
