We remember those who were laid off in April, we took over their areas and assignments and that’s why no cost of living increase is more of a slap in the face. Meanwhile, Sandusky and crew will probably get another 5 million dollar increase like last year.
1) it’s not ungrateful to want a raise. Majority besides a select few rank and file have been on salty freezes for 3 years.
2) has nothing to do with spending habits. We just don’t like doing the same job for effectively less money even though 1/2 the amount of people still work here
3) also looks bad when our “leader” and his buds effecectivley got a 10% YOY raise last year and likely will again this year.
4) please sell Canada

Why do you even need a cost of living adjustment? You're in Oklahoma where the average salary is like a third of what you're making. If your salary can't afford your living costs you need to reevaluate how you're spending your money.
just because “I” make a good salary doesn’t mean “We” my team and I don’t deserve a raise! You take four people from our team and put all the work on the few that is left makes for at least a small raise! It’s been three yrs! FML...

Yep, make it 4 years and no raise - not even COLA adjustment. Sandusky will be fine though, as there was a small pool for raises in special circumstances. An exceptional performer.
