Sams is going down doesn’t matter.
No other details, very vague when told at our mandatory meeting. We are ask was told I don't know. Funny part is, when the MHRM began the meeting she said that it is alot, turned around and ask is there anyone that doesn't want to try for the position. Oh alot but doesn't know the job description or anything else. I feel like it's a set up. But was told by SM that in his store thr PC AND TC had the best chance
Any other details to this new position?
Walmart personnel and training coordinator job is being elliminated 3rd quarter. A renamed role called people lead will take over. Anyone external and internal can apply, training before for anyone that wants to interview. I can't help wonder if this position will end up in the end like ptc after the team leads are all trained on personnel files. Chime in ptc
