@XmobjDa-4kdv, how long can Cogswell continue to have ghost campuses and ghost classes?

Some of it has to do with state grants. In order for students to receive state grants in particular states, they must have a certain physical presence in that state. This is highly questionable at this point as most of the “on site” students are still taking the majority of their classes online and even an on campus class conducts most of the actual work on the student portal. Actual physical attendance is very minimal. And yes, this is also to appease the VA students as well.

sold by the idea and influences of DEM....with no supporting reasoning of understand how any program. i'm talking about my location, the DEM needs to spend some time on researching all programs...and just have SSA clean up the messes they create

RP once said that closing physical campuses decreased Online "market share" from those geographic regions. Now this is RP talk so you may have to run special filter to glean some truth out of this.

there has to be a purpose to all this.......on the flip side, running a straight online school is much more profitable to online based platform schools. Why do we really have onsite courses.....for the hand full of VA students.......and freshman sold by DEM, that we have onsite courses???
