It will probably investors from Candlewood Investment Group. These are the same guys that have been lurking around DCEH for the last few months trying to figure out what they can pick off from the heap. They also helped to fund the deal for the DCEH acquisition of EDMC assets. They probably took control of South by swapping for debt like KKR did with Goldman.
It will never happen is what I've heard....Dept of Education will not allow "new" organization to go forward while screwing the old organization...sorry Fraud, looks like it's the host podium at the Sizzler for you....you despicable little weasel...the your new customers can be treated to the cackle and one armed flailing of the arm
All well and sneaky then but I must tell you I have this recurring nightmare that Michael "Pillsbury Dough Boy" Clifford and Bret "Golden C-apper" Richardson might be on the board calling the shots.
