The whole thing is silly. The headline could have read "Sears does not agree with Sears interpretation to preserve Sears"
If the sales goes through that means starting March he will close 3 stores per month for 2019 that means that's 30 stores will close this year bringing the total to 395. How is this cooperative??? Can the judge not see this, they should investigate him if it was any other judge the sales was not going to go through.
