@wid Exactly. They lost, but the governments still said their business model was valid. China just reduced the percentage. Why would anything be different now?

Most of the articles I've seen outside of the Mac sites have said the lawsuit is not valid

Given that Q lost all around the world with those $1billion settlements, cant see why FTC would be much different. Only unknown is the 'remedy' really. Fines for sure. Breakup ?

I am seeing too many articles attacking the FTC to believe that SM doesn’t believe there is a high possibility of Q losing the antitrust lawsuit. Why else spend all those dollars on PR if you think you have a sure win?
