So I’ve heard there is restructuring coming from the Dm level up. Does anyone know what that looks like? My DPR is going to corporate and mentioned they aren’t promoting people to replace DPRs that’s are leaving.

What stores are closing? I know the one in San Francisco closed already.
DPR’s are a completely useless level of management and payroll. No reason to have a go between the RVP and DM. Eliminate that s--- of payroll.
One Plan 2.0 is live and rolling thru several markets. Store level personel are catching whiffs of closures or downsizing. SMs are left scratching thier heads. Regional and District leadership are aware of the tsunami. Update your people central profile. Have a backup plan that does not involve WAG. Nothing lasts forever.
Heard today in a couple weeks we will have new regions.
Company has s---ed ever since they went to this DPR role....most of these dms would have never been promoted 5 years ago...go back to 1 dm per 20 to 25 stores...get rid of the DPRs and all the AP personnel...we all know they add no value at all to the company

I’ve heard that DM and DPR promotions are frozen. Our area is down a DM and we aren’t replacing them.
Nothing specific yet. I know the Field Transformation team from Deerfield has been out and about interviewing all levels of supervision and support roles to see exactly they do and how their role supports the stores. I had heard there were to be changes around February 1. We have just barely passed that mark. I am sure changes are coming and when they do, it will be fast and furious.
