a customer walks in and just stares up at the aisle markers and/or the photo lab looking all confused

Uhh , I'm not happy with cvs right now, but I've got to say - hey dummy employee if customer looks confused you say " how can I help you "
I don't get anoyed with customers
Just cvs - convient store next door has more help than we do and it's 80% smaller
Or when they stand near the photo kiosks to pick up pictures instead of getting in the checkout line. I always politely tell them to get in the line if they are picking up pictures, but part of me wants to say “hey dummy, get in line if you want your pictures.”
