Raises were given at the Maitland FL office to get people to stay. The client support employees there are hired at a low wage and still expected to provide high end service. Most of them dont even have relevant work experience and many quit in the first 2 years. Many went to Deloitte and Touche and rumor is that they doubled their pay. So, ADP reviewed the remaining associates in that office and presented significant pay raises to those that they wanted to keep.
Nearly all ADP associates outside of Maitland are happy to see most of those people go. They dont understand HR or payroll and dont try to gain knowledge, they never answer their phone, they try to push off their work to others, and they are generally condescending and arrogant.
