@XpjvFOG-3zhl I stand vindicated! You obviously know quite a bit about this so thanks for you post.
Feb. 19 is the day the sale to ESL will close and money will actually move if it’s approved. This hearing isn’t going to last much longer than two days for a couple reasons:
Firstly, SHC isn’t the only bankruptcy case being heard by this Judge right now. It isn’t fair to move other cases around to accomodate SHC.
Secondly, and this is the big one, in cases without a jury (BK and appellate mainly) 95% of the arguments are done via briefs (what everyone is looking at in PrimeClerk), not during oral argument. It’s why SCOTUS only allots about 60 minutes of oral arguments (30 for each side), with the provision to add extra time if need be. (99.9% of cases end after the original 60 minutes.)

It was scheduled to be a two day hearing. But the end date has been extended to at least Feb 19th,
