It will come as described through the evaluation process.
If you get a development needed or below standard you will be deemed unfit for the needs of the business and you will be either terminated or go through a PIP (performance improvement plan) process to increase performance within 30 days.
If no improvement the you will be coached or terminated and deemed unfit for the needs of the company.
This way there will be no severance packages paid out.
That is it plain and simple.
