It's a 4 month stall because "it's too hard" to get it ready when it's due.

"D. The Debtors Are Not Seeking to Use Exclusivity to Pressure Creditors to Submit to the

Debtors’ Demands."

So you know they are.

Someone else can explain it better. I am not a Lawyer. But it sounds weaselly.

Does this mean that the deal isn't going to be finalized until August 13?
