I had an initial round of interview for a post at Bangalore. Then no response from th recruiter.. doesn't even respond to multiple emails..
Is recruitment happening or frozen ?

Why doesn't the recruiter explicitly say that? Instead of giving vague replies..
Another friend of mine has been left hanging too.. finished all interviews and then left hanging without any proper reasoning.. and as usual recruiters don't respond to calls or emails anymore

There is no interview couch. MCP in Bengaluru office invite for afterhour interview to see if interviewee is team player, wink, wink for hankypanky.
Tried complaining on trip to Georgia Atlanta no help, no shoulder to cry on. Current HR head just nods, smiles and says, "bend over" if you want the job or raise. HR wants hard proof before taking action.
Promise to pay 5% to the hiring director and manager with BitCoin, you'll get the job. Or if you did well on interview couch.
