Now I can't swear to it but I just found out according to the very reputable and blessed Michael Clifford that The Silver Whisk Cooking School is a hot contender too.
The other three buyers are Southern Careers Institute, Exeter Education and WozU. Michael Clifford told me this himself.

The receiver has 4 buyers lined up for Argosy. I actually heard that from his mouth unlike speculation on here.
