Laid off after Six Years in the Energy Division

I was laid off after 6 years in the Energy Division. I was hired on when we were SolarCity. Over the last 2 years I was give $17,000,00 in performance bonuses for the work I did. When I was laid off, those bonuses were wiped away. So, I guess you and your hard work are only appreciated at Tesla when Elon doesn't need to clean up his bottom line.

I loved the job I did and the people I worked with. We had a much better company when we were SolarCity. The TOP cared about things other than money, like the people that made the company great. This company has a solid mission but it s---s as an employer for the people.

Giga Smug 1 has an environment very similar to a couple of places I worked for just before they permanently shut the doors and surprised everyone with ZERO anticipation of such

Aame here, just got cut - started with SC about six yr ago. Its time to move on, I was getting fed up with lies from the top - the OP nailed it, they do not appreciate you and they care about the bottom line right now. All of this is hidden under the veil of “our fight to survive” - real people are getting screwed in the mean time (like 3000 of them and I do not trust the numbers mu gut says 5000 or more)

How was it wiped away? Was this in stock? None of it was yours yet?

How do you know Elon is a TOP? That would not have been my guess.
