Take a page from Branson and realize that without focusing on your employees your businesses will fail. For too long GE has taken advantage of its workers and looks like there will be no change by the new leadership

Why pay American wages? We could hire people from Poland, India, or China at a fraction of the price. Fill the news with stories about the Wall or Putin, while we quietly layoff another 80,000 Americans.
We all only think our pensions are underfunded. In reality, if we die early we collect nothing so maybe that is why so many of the plant's are toxic waste dumps.
Just hoping I don’t die of cancer like a lot of my co-workers over the years from all of the asbestos and chemicals not listed in the MSDS’s in the offices and factories I have worked.
