Yes. EUC workspace 1 intelligence is among the darkest and most pathetic places at vmware. It is a cancer that Pat needs to cut. Go see their booth. No one is there other than the Sr director and his pet. Over 27 people in one year die to the deep dark politics. Thanks to the VP on engineering who, intentionally, rule out competitive folks to maintain his job. He brought in an incompetent engineer to lead a data science team who has been wasting vmware resources. He is supporting the pathetic director whose personal ego and lack of self-confidence is the reason for over 15 people left from his team. He is the one screwing up the EUC intelligence idea and made it so slow compared to the competition. Hope Pat wakes up and see the corrupt politics under his organization.

@XnqQ8vW-uxs You sounds giving the okay for a manager ( director) to put his own personal ego to make layoff decisions on behalf of Vmware. It is not because it is a business need to balancing of workforce. It is selfishly motivated by an individual. Yup, I agree. This EUC workspace one intelligence. Everyone knows the lack of leadership in this team and decisions made based on personal corruption.
