But wont the settlement with Apple reverse the fortunates and drive stock into the $82 value point ?
Why would anyone be holding this stock and receiving a voting proxy? Dumped the last of my holdings February 2017 at $72 when the first cracks in the dam began to appear. Other opportunities arose since then when AVGO made the “undervalued” offer. Anyone with an opportunity to vote now deserve SM and his merry band of robbers.

A potted plant would have been as effective over the last 5 years as SM. No way I'm voting for him.

SM took home $19,975,472 in 2018. Think about that. Thats a modest to decent San Diego house in his pocket every pay-period.
ALSO ! This represented a >70% increase over 2017.
Value for money ? Or overpaid under-performer ? Executive pay out of control ? Cast your vote.
(Of course its the institutions who hold most the votes)
