I agree.... names are not needed.
All you have to do is consider whom is in this type of position within SBA. They ALL are redundant. There is NO need for a FS Director in Staples Facility Solutions.... it makes no sense because they add no value whatsoever. They are 150K plus waste of money.
Why does Sycamore keep these positions filled? Makes absolutely no sense at all.
There is one of these so called directors dual rolling it. Acting as a local SM and also holding the position of Field Sales Director.
This makes no sense at all to have a Director position within the company when a SM does everything plus what these lame duck Directors do.
@ppq - read the rules, no names, foul language, personal info, etc. You would not want names of your kids on this board? how about your spouse? or your name?
