Doubtful they will take care of the managers who deserve it. Fossil is very political about who gets a pay bump these days.... And if you are an individual contributor it seems you can forgot about having a career plan or much of an increase year to year.
Fossil is full games, they preach collaboration but then rip you for it too. Too many secrets and power struggles. Is it like this at every company? I am losing my faith that there are better places to be, am I naïve?
The Veeps will continue cashing in their stock making more in one sell than you make all year. You middle managers keep fighting for those 2% raises.
