If as an ASM, you step down for medical reasons, how much pay do you lose? Do you go back to base pay?

You go back to your previous hourly pay or minimum base pay of hourly position plus 2% for every 12 months as a salaried manager.
There is a formula on the WIRE. It is something akin to starting pay of level job you take, plus like $.50 for every year you have been with management (up to a max) (not sure what the max is) plus like $.50 for every year you have been with Walmart (up to a max-not sure what the max is).
