I am learning that there a plenty of realtors in qualcomm who help clients for free and spend most of their time helping clients. Any suggestions or How do I find/reach them ?

Is there a concept of resource management and or HR around still ?
Easy. Send a group email stating looking for house and one of those guys will call you for free.
This should give a hint on how productive thing are. How come HR is not monitoring such activities ( among others) that causes productivity loss for the company ?
