Most of the sleeper state that wasn't laid off in 18 left voluntarily and are quite happy at their new place of employment.

Either way I would vote for a new slate it can’t be any worse than what we have now. Newer job codes, more layoffs anything else would be a bonus in our book.
There is no layoff coming in March so therefore there is no sleeper slate coming out in March. More fake post.
