Thread regarding Walgreens layoffs

Couponers

Has anyone had a recent increase in couponers wanting to do multiple transactions (Like 20+ transactions)?

I feel like I’m stuck. We need sales and it’s the end of the world if NPS is bad, but we just don’t have time for soo many transactions.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions about what’s working in their stores? I was considering cutting customers to like 6 transactions.

In fine print in flyer it states, for normal household use. I tell people they can only get 4 of the same item. Coupon or no coupon. I explain we have to be fair to all customers and if they want more they are welcome to return on Sat,, last day of sale. It works and gets me 9's for nps scores.

I will ask an associate to open another register until I'm done with the multiple transactions. Otherwise I tell the customer with the 20 transactions if someone gets in line behind them I need to help them checkout real quick.
