Fidelity.com

User ID is your Ss#

Your funds are safe with Fidelity, spoke with them a year ago when EDMC sold to DCEH and no matter the company they (DCEH) do not have access to your deposits or accounts.

It’s your money.

You first need to make sure your termination papers go through before Fidelity can help you. Their hands are tied by the DCEH rules so until you are free of DCEH you can not do anything. Once you are officially terminated you will have the ability to move any 401K savings form DCEH funds to an IRA. If you remain a pastime employee such as an adjunct you will be still be under the fund rules which list your access to 401k savings. I was terminated 6 weeks ago and my paperwork finally went through to Fidelity. Until it cleared I was in limbo to do anything. Call HR1 connect to follow your paperwork.
