Does anyone remember when CVS first introduced Values in Action?
It was a way to show the employees how much we are appreciated!
Well it’s kind of hard when most of the good stuff are 60,000 points and managers are only allowed to give out 1,000 points total a month...
I don’t even know of any managers who give out points anymore. It takes up too much time to give out points on the little time they have already.
This company pretends to appreciate us but they don’t. Especially on “30% off everything weekend(except sale items!)” when we already get 30% off cvs brand and 20% off name brand. So they are really only giving us 10% off more
