From all the accounts I've read and heard, this week will be the layoffs week at Western Digital. But details are so scarce. Any ideas on the numbers they are looking to cut? And which area's will be hit the most?
This weekend has been nerve-wracking for me. This waiting seems to be worse than anything. I can't wait for it to be over.
A round every few months. Even I didn't get hit. I still can't bear with that morale. That's why I left last year for good. When I left, the manager kept on saying I'm safe, dont worry blah blah.
Since Dec, there's already rumors about this round in March. Probably even before that because I usually get the rumors very late.
