IBM is not that dumb.
What was really needed was to outsource Marketing, not IT.
70% of Juniper's IT will transition to IBM on May'1. IBM is pivoting more to software/services and is getting rid of its hardware divisions gradually. Very highly unlikely that IBM would acquire Juniper. So, no.
