Anyone else not seeing their latest withdrawal from paycheck deposited into their HSA Health Equity account?

I spoke with someone in HR today and was told that they are aware of the problem and they are having trouble making the transfer of funds and they are working on it. I was told that I would see the funds sometime soon.
I was also told that the funds that we were promised from the company to be deposited into our HSA accounts is still up for debate, so no guarantees that they will follow through with that. I'm speaking about the $100 they deposited for a single person after a promise of $500 (I believe it was double that for family coverage).

Same here. Just called now, still not in my HSA account as of today-1/28. HR rep from DCEH states, “it will be delayed because of MLK holiday”. It’s been a week, the money came out of my paycheck, makes me very nervous.

They have not deposited anything and when you call the cs # for Health Equity they confirm DCEH has not paid them 1 dime
