If you see this clear fraud going down, how do you report it ? Do the feds take action ? Raid HR ?
Saw couple long time Americans laid off; 6 month later, randomly, 4 manpowers on H1B show up unannounced in the weekly group meeting. All very odd. SUPER awkward. VP, "here are your new colleagues, help them get going".

The fact is that Qualcomm hiring is legal but not morally in line with the expectations of US citizens.
But then again, many US citizen engineers have better choices than working in the chaos and slave driving mentality of Qualcomm. I know, I left, because of the immense and needless stress after 6 years.
Found a far better job, basically same salary but without the huge hours and pressures. Oh and I get to go home and switch off at 6pm. EACH AND EVERY DAY.
I dont have ESPP nor RSU but then again, so what. More important things in life. Like, errrr, living.
