The amount of overtime associates are having to put in is shameful. They never call it mandatory but if you don't do the overtime you fall behind and get asked a lot of questions as to why something didn't get done. Do more with less is only forcing people to move on or have serious health issues. How can anyone stay positive under these circumstances.

That's right, current associates, don't push yourselves hard. ADP just expects too much of you for the pay that they offer. Just do the best that you can do without killing yourself. Be on the lookout for opportunities both within and outside ADP. Most likely outside this company.
If you're doing the best you can do in the time you have, don't push yourself. If they require pushing yourself, learn how to push back. ADP is only one company. They don't rule the world. The One ADP Centers are filled with great associates, as they pride fully profess. Let them do their jobs exceptionally, by lightening the load. Or not.
Yes, from my experience at ADP, there was always never ending overtime work which made work/life balance pretty much nonexistent. And I was salary exempt so I didn't get paid for the overtime work that I and my colleagues put in. Free work for ADP. Something for nothing. A great deal... for the company, not the associate.
You can stay positive if you're an id--t, quiet easy!
