What we have right now is a joke. Everybody knows this. Their only goal is to protect the company. If you are naive enough to go to them with an issue, you learn really quickly what a huge mistake you made.

Yes you’re about 20 years late on this. You must be an old dude. Juniper is zero growth with constant layoffs. It doesn’t make sense for HR to perform a lot of traditional functions.

Hate to tell you this but only purpose for HR departments is to protect the company. They don't care about making things better, only doing what needs to be done to prevent lawsuits and cover the company's a$$. True everywhere, not just at juniper .
