Hello been with aramco for ten years and have a pe And a master degree. Every year my pump has always been “m” but, the can’t tell me why. Has this happen to others?

Hello I did tell my supervisor that I did not deserve an “m” and even went to HR and submitted a required forms. What happen well they let me go June 15 is my last day
Definitely looks like something he’s willing to do. All that great advice wasted.
Just work to retirement then tell them you were not happy (grow balls then). Once a person accepts an M without raising a fuss, they are the person who gets it again. Someone has to get it, no Saudis of course. So instead of telling us, you are not happy, tell your supervisor. He can find another lamb to slaughter or tell you to s--- it up, which looks like something you are willing to do?
I got an M this year and I insisted to moved to another department. Now clear sailing.
Try to combine dazed / confused with a dull empty smile and maybe you will fit in and start to raise your PMP score.
Most supervisors couldn't spell threat. Just smile, throw in a few Arabic words, and agree with your boss. You'll be an E performer.
M may be safe as E to S may be seen as threat by your supervisor even 😂
Improve your language skills and master PowerPoint and you will be golden. Valium won’t hurt either.

There’s your answer. You’re an expat, and so you don’t need the money as badly as the higher ranked locals around you.
What's the ratio of locals to expats in your department? Most Departments are set up so that there needs to be at least one "M". If you are the only expat, well ...
Also, how badly do you need the money? How easy would it be for you to find another job in the West? If management knows you can't leave, you face the possibility of getting a lower rating regardless of performance. That goes for most work places, not just Aramco.
FWIW, I know a guy who was downsized after getting his third "M".

When the PMP system was revised and categories were reduced from 10 to 5, E became the new M. M gets a 20% penalty on SAIP so that, by itself, indicates there is a problem with M. Also M is just a check of a few boxes away from D. I would say that the OP has a valid concern. I would also say communication skills could be a factor. That is enough to drop from E to M. There is also the fact that PE notoriously rates lower than other business lines.
Funny stuff, but far from reality. Honestly just be a good person, do your work, treat people well, and volunteer when you're able to.
The Saudis will do their own thing, but no matter where you're at on this planet integrity is universally known and respected. The Saudis are no different and respect others that deserve to be.
Frankly, if you've been getting M's for a decade you must be doing something right. So as long as you're bringing something to the table, I wouldn't worry to much.

Certainly the top skill you should work on is doing one of two things with your work assignments:
- Immediately mark it closed / rejected and pass it to someone else then add it to a growing tracking sheet of hard work you got done
(OR)
- Immediately pass it on to someone else with the note “handle”, wait 3-5 minutes, then start bombarding them with “Status Please” while copying your supervisor, their supervisor, your supervisor’s supervisor and their supervisor’s supervisor.
This will demonstrate that you are on top of things without the need to do anything yourself.
Your ranking will rise, your victim’s ranking will fall.
To be ranked above E you need to have either bought, cheated for, or faked that masters degree. Aramco is not about earning things, it is about lying, covering up, faking numbers, buying off, or cheating the system. The “S” aramco employees demonstrate that they are skilled in this during their collegiate years.

Take credit for all success around you
Shift blame for your failures on others
Make sure you do nothing, say nothing, write nothing, and make no decision so that you are always in a position to do the above
Always photobomb every event that managers attend and block or shove in front of anyone else who wants to be in the photo
Be rude, loud, and speak over others in meetings without taking a definite position on anything that might be mistaken for a decision
Find any reason, no matter how trivial or stupid, to hold up the slightest bit of progress if you see any progress on your radar
Set up impossible workflows so that documents and reports and updates about the work spin around and around the organization without any work getting done
Set up tracking systems and dashboards about the spinning workflows
Make up hundreds of KPI’s that measure the quality of the reports, updates, documents, tracking systems, and dashboards about the work that never gets done

learn a few arabic words
practice eating with your hands from a bowl on the floor
show up and leave when you feel like it
stay up howling all night during ramadan
don’t do a damn thing except run around collecting updates and making presentstion slides about everyone else’s work
hold the gas pedal on the floor and drive straight through leaving a trail of debris and terrified families in your wake
shove and push your way to the front of every line you see
be rude and impatient to waiters, cleaning staff, and anyone else that you view to have a “lower class” job
your ratings will rocket to “S for Saudi”.
