Looks like Sears has consummated the sale of store # 1251 ( Lithonia GA) for $2.75 million.
Given the massive fee's being charged by all of the lawyers representing Sears, I suspect Sears will probably lose money on this transaction

they have a mortgage to pay off too.
I bet if you include all the attorney fees for all parties that Sears probably turned a profit last quarter. Who says Eddie isn't creating high paying jobs?
According to court dockets there's at least 17 law firms representing Sears.
