Crotonville philosophy is "if you don’t have change and growth, it dies". The only change I see is the sales of profitable units. Leadership, Innovation, and Growth. What leadership? It changes like underwear. Often. Innovation? We change language rather than change thought. Growth? We are shrinking.
Like our school systems across the country, it's time for GE to get back to the fundamentals: Reading, Writing and Arithmetic.
