We are all witnessing that what once was a great company is becoming a lost environment without the presence of any real vision by the leadership, which overflows to lower levels and their workers are forced to make unlogic and pointless work within the processes. When you count in the security as layoffs are always an option, al and all, not a good place to work. On the other hand, I don’t know whether it’s old fame or the other companies are not entirely familiar with the state of affairs at Juniper, but, believe it or not, Juniper workers are pretty valued at the job market and having that in your CV gives you a boost of chances of finding another job. Don’t know how that will last, but maybe it's time to take advantage of that situation and try to move on to other companies.

With all the recent layoffs, I've had my top guys leave for Cisco, Microsoft, Facebook, Oracle, etc. So yes, having worked at Juniper does help you land that next high paying job.
The only reason for juniper to survive is Anti Trust against Cisco, no greatness at all
You got that right, RR cares about himself and the the millions he steals from juniper every month.
RR is really good at this KEEP/NUTURE activity of employees that matter to him. Sadly there is only one employee that matters to RR and that's himself.
