Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

This shouldn’t have been a surprise

Cutting all overtime

Top people leaving

Administrations on the finance side leaving

Weak leadership left untouched

Leads cut

Garbage CRM with no support

BR ceasing all communication videos

It was all there and most people chose to ignore it.

Unfortunately - not everyone will be ok. I was a vendor to EDMC/DCEH for 10 years. They failed to pay me for the last 6 months of service and now - according to the receivership - we can't even sue them. I still had to pay my employees and I may go under from this.

I dont disagree.

I think most staff were always thinking dceh was following edmc’s layoff policy of 1 week pay per yr of service.

-any type of severence would have made a huge different to staff.

If you live in PHX, follow the people who already left to the other online schools.

PGH just move out of the education sector.

For people at campuses, at least youre competing with only a few people for similar positions.

Dont let this define you, many of you are really hard workers and this s---s, but youll be ok.
