There is nothing magical about Tesla. Nothing visionary about Musk. With Musk ground breaking new plant in China, layoffs in the US was pretty much in the books. Musk will offshore jobs Just like any other CEO in the US to earn his salary and bonuses.
could u share if this additional 6% is from management hints or u feel that?
@1gfo my thoughts exactly - I have a hunch they will rely on the performance reviews to eliminate more of us, it would require them to change criteria and put additional pressure on each of us. this is very scary but i may be wrong
I was completed gobsmacked when I read this additional lay-off post and I also read somewhere else online that it can be achieved this time through the performance review process which makes me wonder if that would mean they wouldn’t have to give any severance package since they could claim it was for performance related issues....scary time to be relying on a job here to feed your family...
