I don't, and never have, worked there -- but after reading these stories of the abominable treatment of employees, I won't be setting foot in there again. I'm sorry you are all being treated so poorly. You deserve better.

Can't believe every horror story about working at Walmart. Lots of sniveling whiners out there that are too lazy or sensitive about every little problem.
You guys seem to be treated so poorly so I'm going to do my part to make sure it only gets worse by spending my money elsewhere ... thanks ?
For the record I have worked in retail almost my entire career and can say for certain Walmart is one of the best. Almost everyone who leaves goes into different fields because no other retailer is better. Its retail people frequently go into it thinking it's a 9-5 monday-friday office job and it is not. Also it is astounding how many people quit or get fired from the terrible Walmart and end up coming back within a year.
Choosing not to shop at Walmart is your choice, but don’t throw pity on Associates and then choose not to put sales/profit into their company. That only effects their potential bonuses negatively.
